MAGMAG – SURFACE MOUNTED ELECTROMAGNETIC LOCK WITHOUT INTEGRATED HANDLES

Description

Screw-on magnetic lock without handle. Available in 2 versions. MAGMAG3000 with 300 kg and MAGMAG6000 with 600 kg of pulling force. The aluminium powder coated housing equipped with the unique Quick-Fix fixations ensures a fast and nicely finished mounting. Eliminate time-consuming welding; drilling 5 holes is enough to fix the lock. A two layer, protective coating guarantees that our electromagnetic locks are ready for years of worry free use outside.

Additional information:

• The electro-magnetic lock shall be available in a fail open version only.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall guarantee an easy opening thanks to an anti-residual magnet kick-off system.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall be vandal-proof thanks to a raised edge on the magnet housing.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall be available in silver or RAL9005 (black).
• The electro-magnetic lock should be designed and manufactured in Europe or in the United States.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall require a current of 460mA/12V or 230mA/24V.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall require a voltage of 12V/24V DC.

PERFORMANCE

• The electro-magnetic lock shall effectively have been tested for a guaranteed pulling force of 250kg or 500kg.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall be specifically made for outdoor use and is resistant to extreme weather conditions.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall have a special two-layer protective coating developed for outdoor use.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall have been tested for 500.000 movements.
• The manufacturer warranty shall be 2 years.

INSTALLATION

• No welding shall be required to install the electro-magnetic lock.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall be installed with 5 stainless steel bolts.

MATERIAL

• The electro-magnetic lock should be certified for 500h salt spray testing by a certification body.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall have a powder coated aluminium housing. The powder coating shall be according to the Qualicoat standards.
• The electro-magnetic lock shall be fully weather- and dustproof (IP68).
• The electro-magnetic lock shall have an UV-resistance against discoloration of 500h.
