Description

PUSHBAR-L – Push bar for an easy opening of a gate by a simple push. The aluminium PUSHBAR replaces the standard handle, operates the daybolt and can quickly be installed on new or existing Locinox surface mounted gate locks (LA, LP and LF chassis). The PUSHBAR is available in a long version (1400 mm). The push bar can however be perfectly shortened to fit any gate.

SPECIFICATIONS

• The Push Bar shall allow an easy opening and free exit by a simple push.
• The Push Bar shall replace the standard handle and operate the daybolt.
• The Push Bar shall be installed on new and existing surface mounted gate locks.
• The Push Bar shall be available in a short (1150 mm) and a long version (1500 mm).
• The Push Bar shall be able to be shortened to fit any gate.
• The Push Bar shall be available for left and right turning gates.
• The Push Bar shall include a blinded follower of 8 mm.
• The Push Bar width shall be 1,35 m for the 1150 mm version and 1,60 m for the 1500 mm version.
• It shall be possible to combine the Push Bar with half handle sets.

PERFORMANCE

• The Push Bar shall be specifically made for outdoor use.
• The Push Bar shall have been tested for 500,000 movements.
• The Push Bar shall be maintenance free.
• The manufacturer warranty shall be 3 years.

INSTALLATION

• The Push Bar shall allow an easy installation on the gate.
• The Push Bar shall have pre-mounted fasteners (no welding) with stainless steel bolts. All brackets for fixation should come with the product.
• An installation explanatory video shall be available for assisting the installer.

MATERIAL

• The Push Bar shall be made entirely out of black powder coated aluminium with a stainless steel mechanism.
• The housing of the mechanism shall be made from extruded, powder coated aluminum (no wet painting or anodization). The powder coating shall be according to the Qualicoat standards.
• The Push Bar shall have a corrosion resistance of 500h salt spray according to ISO9227.
• The Push Bar shall be fully weather- and dustproof.
• The Push Bar shall have a UV-resistance against discoloration of 500h.
